If a doctor is unavailable a decision must be made to pronounce the patient dead and transported back to the hospital morgue.
In all other cases EMS should treat the patient on scene.
EMS is not to abuse their powers as a medic to help friends.
Selling or gifting EMS equipment to civilians will result in your removal from hospital staff and blacklisted from any whitelisted job.

EMS under no circumstances can be robbed, injured or killed while on duty. This is to ensure that their services are utilised when available.
If EMS takes a call to a gang shootout they will assess if a downed player can be safely picked up and retreat to a safe spot so medical care can be given.
EMS personnel must ensure that a scene is inactive before attending to it.
(To confirm scene inactivity, EMS personnel should visually assess the surroundings for approximately 30 seconds upon arrival, unless directed otherwise by an officer)
EMS cannot be taken hostage or kidnapped while on duty. EMS has a state of invulnerability.
Guidance regarding assisted medical equipment, such as crutches and wheelchairs:
If the patient requires assistance with their legs, they will be provided with crutches. For other body parts needing attention, a wheelchair will be provided based on the severity of the injuries.
If attending a scene EMS must think of there life and only provide medical attention when they feel it is safe to do so.
